One unhappy customer doesn’t change our policy.
After an incident last evening that resulted in a guest leaving unhappy and a one-star review, we want to take a moment to clarify our pet policy.
We love dogs. ❤️ We truly do. But loving dogs and allowing pets inside a restaurant are two very different things.
Pets, emotional support animals and companion animals are not permitted inside our establishment. Service animals that meet the applicable requirements are welcome.
Our staff should never be put in the position of being criticized for politely enforcing a policy that applies to everyone.
We will always do our best to treat our guests with kindness and respect—but we will also continue to stand behind our policies and our responsibility to our customers and employees.
