Some of the most exciting things happening in sparkling w**e right now are being led by women and on September 15, we’re bringing that story to Fizz.

Join us for a special evening celebrating women in w**e through the bottles of Parés Baltà, one of Penedès’ pioneering organic and biodynamic producers. 🌿🍾

We’ll taste through their sparkling w**es, explore what makes Cava so much more than an alternative to Ch*****ne, and talk about the women helping push this historic region forward.

This isn’t just a tasting. It’s a chance to discover incredible w**es, learn the stories behind them, and celebrate the women shaping the future of sparkling w**e.

The history of Parés Baltà begins in the eighteenth century, when in 1790, the first vineyards were planted on the Parés Balta estate, vineyards that still surround the manor house where the w**ery is located.

The old cava cellar was constructed in the beginning of the twentieth century, stone by stone. Located 10 meters underground with a natural and constant temperature of 14-15ºC, it is the perfect place for the ageing of our cavas. The barrel room has all the small details to let the w**es age under the most favorable conditions, even during the warmer summers.
