Today, we honor the life and memory of someone who meant so much to our team, our guests, and our Trapper’s Landing family.
Brian Monnens wasn’t just our Assistant General Manager—he was a friend, a mentor, a familiar face, and a constant source of laughter and kindness. Whether he was welcoming guests, helping a teammate, or simply sharing a conversation. Brian had a way of making everyone feel like they belonged.
Today, we reserved a seat in his memory, complete with his hat, his glasses, his name tag, and a drink waiting for him—just as so many of us will always remember him.
Brian’s impact on this place will never fade. His dedication, leadership, and genuine heart helped shape Trapper’s Landing into what it is today. While his absence is deeply felt, his memory will continue to live on in every story shared, every laugh remembered, and every guest who walks through our doors.
