Ok I know I’m gonna get some backlash for this but whatever it must be said. If I make a post that we are hiring and looking for a great employee and give hours of availability for an instant interview that means you must take the time to walk through the door and speak face to face with me. Comments and private messages will not get you hired. No where in my hiring post does it say to message me, call me, text me, give me your phone number etc. Maybe my age is showing but work ethic matters to me and if you can’t even take the time to apply I don’t think your what we are looking for. My posts are very clear on when I can do instant interviews. Now if those times don’t work for you I would be happy to set aside a different time but no I am not going to call because you commented or messaged. No I am not going to call you because you sent me your phone number or somehow got my personal
