W**e of the Week!
Valravn Chardonnay- 10% off all week

🍷 About the W**e:
This 100% Chardonnay is crafted from hand-harvested grapes from select Sonoma vineyards, with a core of Russian River Valley fruit and selections from Sonoma Coast vineyards. The w**e was fermented with wild yeast in French oak barrels and stainless steel, then aged for 10 months in French oak with monthly stirring for added texture and richness.

🍷 Tasting Notes:
-Tangerine peel
-Citrus blossom
-Ripe stone fruit
-Hints of lychee
-A delicate coastal salinity
The oak stays subtle, adding a soft, rounded texture while allowing the vibrant fruit and mineral notes to shine.

🍷Pairings:
Pairs well with dim sum, chicken with mushroom dishes, seafood, and rich green salads
