It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our former team members, Alexandria “Bubbles” Rodriguez.

Bubbles was part of our restaurant family, and we are deeply saddened by this heartbreaking loss. She leaves behind her loving spouse and four children.

Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with her family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her during this incredibly difficult time.

If you would like to help support her family, they are currently accepting donations to assist with funeral expenses. Any contribution, no matter the amount, is greatly appreciated.

Join us for “TIPS FOR ERIK”, a benefit day for our friend Erik.
Saturday, May 2, all day.

Music starts at 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM at Taqueria Mexicano Grill in China Spring.

Erik is 23 years old and has been serving our community as a waiter at Taqueria. He was recently diagnosed with leukemia and is currently receiving chemotherapy treatment at Scott & White in Temple.

This special evening is being organized to help support Erik during this difficult time. Bobby Dean & Timeless Country Band, will be performing live, and Mack Abernathy will serve as the event speaker for the evening.

A tip jar will be passed throughout the night to give our community an opportunity to come together and help Erik with medical and personal expenses during his treatment and recovery.

In addition, all dining customers will be given the option to add a $10 donation to their ticket, with all proceeds going directly to Erik and his family.

Taqueria Mexicano Grill will also be making a donation to support Erik during his treatment.

If you are unable to attend, donations can still be made anytime to the TIP JAR at Taqueria in China Spring.
