To Our Community,
I want to start by saying I’m sorry.
There was a time when Kraemer’s Three Lakes meant something good — a gathering spot, a place for laughter, for family, for connection. Over time, I lost sight of that. My personal struggles got in the way, and the bar suffered because of it. So did many of you who supported me when I didn’t deserve it.
But I’ve been doing the work. I’ve taken time to heal, to reflect, and to rebuild — not just for myself, but for my family, my team, and for you — the community that once made this place feel like home.
I’m committed to making this right. We’re cleaning house — from the inside out. New staff, new standards, same heart — but stronger this time.
I need to thank — endlessly — the people who stood by me when things were at their worst: Lenny Bal, Bernie Bourg, Leanne and Kristy, Hope Kraemer, Johnny Z and his wife, Randy Gendron, the Lakes association and so many others. You held me up when I couldn’t stand on my own. I wouldn’t be here without you.
I also need to add an extra special apology and thank you to my sister, Judy Newingham. She has been my biggest supporter and held things together more than anyone. She went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful. Along with her, my sister, Nancy and best brother in law, Casey. My great friend Dani Varda helped me tremendously as well. Thank you all so so much. I don’t know where I would be without you.
And to the Three Lakes community: thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for not giving up on something that can and will be good again.
I’m looking forward to welcoming you back — not just to the bar, but to a better version of what this place was always meant to be.
With deep gratitude,
Nick Kraemer
I can’t forget to thank Darla Koller Pardon and Jim, for their endless support and love, Pam Ness too! We love you guys!
Debbie, Jason and Adam as well!
Can’t forget Borderland Meats!
Thank you all so so so much.o need to
