An Evening Under the Stars ✨🌙

One of those nights that reminds me why I love what we do. Evening Under the Stars, organized by Amador STARS and hosted here at the Union, brought everyone together for an evening of great food, community, and a beautiful cause.

Our team had the privilege of preparing and serving dinner for the event, and I couldn’t be prouder of everyone who helped make the night happen. After nine years of running this kitchen and managing the restaurant, nights like this—and the people I get to work alongside—still mean so much.

A huge thank you to Amador STARS for organizing such a special evening and to everyone who came out to support it. ⭐️🍽️❤️
