Good morning!

We hope you all celebrated well for Halloween! Kennedy and I celebrated with a piece of our French Silk Pie (absolutely delish by the way! 😋) after we closed and we worked together to plan out a fun November for all of you! And Sunday was spent working on moving my family 💕 it’s been a wild couple of months and we are soooo excited to soon be living at the hollow so we can be more available and we will all be together more 🥰

📰 We have finally found another cook! 🫶Her name is Kylee! She makes delicious (and pretty!) food, is super sweet, kind, hilarious and is the perfect addition to our team at the hollow! So, our full menu will be available every night to you, as well as our nightly features/specials! 🥰👏💕

Our hours have updated with adding Tuesdays: (please give grace as we are still working on figuring out what “works” best for our customers and our team! 💕
Tues-Thurs: 3-close
Friday-Sun: 11-close

Tonight (Tuesday):
🥣 Warm Cheesy Broccoli Soup with Grilled Cheese Dippers! $10

🍗 Wednesday: Wing Night! And it’s our first night for pool league! 🎱
Get 6 wings and an order of fries for just $12! Pick your sauce: Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Sweet Chili, Hot Honey, Bourbon BBQ, Chipotle Ranch, and BBQ!

Thursday: 🍕 Specialty Pizza Night! I’m a firm believer that JUUUST about any food can be made into a delicious homemade pizza! I LOVE to play around in the kitchen and be creative, so stay tuned for what I come up with for this night ✌️

Friday:
🎶 Mike McAbee will be performing for us! He is one of my absolute favorites! Crowd engaging, sure to make you laugh and his musical talents surprise me every time I hear him play! He will be playing from 7pm-10pm. Drink specials will be available 😉
🐠 Although we now offer our Walleye Bites daily, they’re a favorite on Fridays! They are served with your choice of fresh made chips or fries AND potato salad or cottage cheese!

🎣 Fish Sandwiches are available as well with chips or fries!

🍝 Our special Friday will be Stuffed Portabella Mushroom Ravioli with a Creamy Sauce and a Garlic Knot 😋

Saturday:
🍹 Start your day off strong with a delicious bloody or mimosa!
🍔 Our almost famous “Purdy Good Apple Bacon Burger” will be the special for the day!

🎼 Ann Christoffer Music will be performing for us from 2pm-5pm! Drink and food specials available! Ann is such a kind soul and always gets the crowd going with every song she sings and plays! She plays a wide variety of music and is awesome a taking requests! She truly is an amazing artist and I’m so excited to have her play! 🥰

Sunday:
Bloody Mary Bar with Kennedy and I! Allllll the delicious toppings, and my favorite Bloody Mary mix! What could go wrong?! 😉

Good afternoon! Happy Halloween!

We have had a fun day so far with everyone visiting with their costumes on 🙂

With us being so “fresh” and working on adding more staff yet, we will not be doing a Halloween party tonight. We look forward to having a party next year for all of you! 💕

Our kitchen will be closing at 4pm, bar will be closing at 5pm.

Kennedy is going to start the afternoon off today! We’re opening just 30 minutes later today at 3:30! We have a new cook tonight! She had a lot of experience, is super sweet and does a wonderful job! Stop in and say hi! 👋
