We uphold rustic farmhouse traditions, huge hop American styles, and the complex depths of wild fermentations. Located in the newly renovated, former Chesapeake Beach Fire & Rescue station in Virginia Beach, we’re proud to continue the tradition as a local gathering place. A celestial addition to our DIPA lineup. 💫 
Green Room began as an experimental IPA featuring a hop still in development known as EXP 2B. After successfully making its way through trials, that hop emerged under its new name: Celeste. 🪐✨  
 
Taking center stage, Celeste brings together delicate notes of pear, melon, apple, and pine, while Citra and Azacca provide familiar bursts of citrus, mango, and pineapple. Almost like hop magic, this 8.3% offering feels both familiar and entirely new.
 
Built on the soft, modern body of our DIPA program, Green Room delivers a flavor-forward experience with surprising elegance… a beer born from experimentation and guided by the stars.🌟

Our island-inspired Imperial Stout is back! This latest version of Kamehameha was built around an enormous addition of macadamia nuts, roasted by hand for layers of rich nutty character. 🌰

Wild Thai bananas, toasted coconut, ethically sourced cacao nibs, and vanilla beans come together in one massive stout experience. 🍌 🥥 🍫

Pouring deep and decadent at 11.8%, Kamehameha leads with rich dark chocolate and smooth vanilla before rolling into waves of roasted macadamia, and ripe tropical banana. Full-bodied, lush, and made for slow island evenings. 🤎

Introducing Prysmatic, our latest Double IPA built around an exciting newer hop product: Prysma. 🌟
 
Prysma is 100% hop-derived and gives brewers the ability to push massive hop aroma without the extra harsh bitterness. For this release, we paired Dolcita Prysma with Dolcita T-90 to showcase everything this hop has to offer.
 
Expect bright peach ring aromatics up front, followed by layers of stone fruit, pineapple, and coconut. 🍑🥥 🍍 At 8.3%, this offering packs the flavor while keeping it all smooth.

One Night In Prague, our Czech Style Premium Pale Lager is back on the lineup! Brewed the traditional way, with patience, precision, and absolutely zero shortcuts.

We stretched this offering across two full shifts to hit every mash rest and step the old-school way, building deep flavor and that classic Czech-style body. Expect a crisp, dry finish layered with subtle noble hop bitterness, floral spice, and a soft bready character beneath a rich, whipped foam head.

5.0% ABV and dangerously smooth, this is pilsner purity at its finest. Na zdraví! One Night In Prague is pouring now. 🍻

Straight out of the hop candy shop, Kandy Krush is loaded with a dreamy blend of Nelson Sauvin, Krush, and Krush Lupocore hops, creating layers of juicy mango, peach, guava, berries, orange candy, and white grape in every sip.
 
To push the aroma even further, we used Krush Lupocore: a concentrated hop product packed with extra resin and saturated flavor. The result is an explosion of fruit-forward character with soft haze, huge aroma, and just enough sticky dankness underneath all that tropical candy sweetness.
 
Bright, super pale, and dripping with flavor, this 7% IPA hits every hazy note we love. The only question is… will you be sipping or krushing? 🍊🥭🍇

Our ode to the West Coast, inspired by the iconic Joshua Tree National Park, this lager delivers explosive hop character layered over an ultra-crisp base. Loaded with Amarillo and Citra hops, Joshua Tree bursts with huge dank aromatics before waves of citrus, tropical fruit, apricot, and ripe stone fruit take over. A firm malt backbone keeps everything balanced while letting the hop intensity shine from first sip to finish.

Straight outta the hop lab, Ill Convoy rolls deep with that crisp haze flavor turned all the way up, featuring one of our favorite newer hop varietals, Superdelic. Tropical aromas and bright citrus peel hit first, then come the candy-coated notes of cherry, passionfruit, and ruby grapefruit for a smooth ride. 🍒🍭 Simcoe backs it up with fresh pine, grapefruit zest, and extra tropical layers that keep this offering expressive. 
 
At 5.5%, Ill Convoy is packed with flavor without losing its easygoing flow. Grab your homies & pull up like it’s a block party… this one won’t be around for long! 📻🍻
