Love making tacos and burritos? We'd love to have you on our taco and burrito team! Pelon's Baja Grill Red Mill is looking to hire kitchen line cook positions!

Responsibility of line cooks:

-Ensure quality and consistency of food.

-Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.

-Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.

-Report to the any general manager and follow instructions.

-Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards and be kept clean.

-Clean prep areas and insure food items are properly stocked.

-Stock inventory and supplies.

-Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

Cooks will complete prep during the day shifts, keep our kitchen and equipment clean, and occasionally help out in the dish pit, if needed. Experience is preferred. Pay starting at $16/hr and up based on experience and availability. We can work with your busy schedule and have full or part time positions available. Health insurance, paid time off, etc...are available to full time, long term employees. Just one more reason people that work here don't want to leave! Come join our family!
