New Steak Wrap w/smoked tri tip, caramelized onions, American cheese, slaw & chimichurri aioli

It’s a holiday week, so you know what that means (the last chance to get them until Memorial Day 2027)

Bacon Wrapped Chili Cheese Dogs w/nathans dogs, split top brioche, ox tail chili and cheese sauce

Smoked Baby Back Ribs 1/2 rack with house IPA BBQ sauce, bread & butter jalapenos (that came out of the garden at my house) and house-cut fries
