The Noble Lion was inspired by the idea of offering local residents a casual restaurant that serves upscale gastropub flavors in an approachable bistro atmosphere. Over 6 years ago Zac joined us at the Noble Lion & Lion’s Den. With 30+ years in the industry he taught me so many things about the biz. He created a great sense of community with both our customers and staff. Last night we said “goodbye” to “bartender” Zac but look forward to seeing “customer” Zac down the road. Thank you Zac for all you gave to The Noble Lion and to me. You will be missed behind the bar and we will all miss your “sense of humor!” Here’s to your next adventures (Precision Gunworks plug!).
