We’re ECSTATIC to announce that one of our young chefs (and current btbocesculinaryarts student) Daniel has taken 1st place at the SkillsUSA competition!

His breakdown of a chicken and cooking/plating of an airline chicken breast has him headed to states! Congrats Chef Danny!

Sue opens at 11:00 and Anthony comes in this afternoon till 10:00 pm
No we never stay late. Start early, go home early. Be safe.
Joanne and Mark, who plan on being the new owners will be in later, about 5:00 and would love to meet you. You will love them.
