The Ruby Brink The Ruby Brink is a bar, butcher shop and kitchen on Vashon Island. New menus are posted daily. We work with local & sustainable farms and serve cocktails to go.

We are open 11 am to 7pm. Patio open soon. Bar, Kitchen & Butcher Shop all open at 3pm on weekdays and 12pm on weekends. Have a cocktail, eat some food and buy supplies to make dinner tomorrow. All from local & sustainable sources. No reservations, 21+ after 7pm and closed on Mondays
