St. Patrick’s day specialty menu at the Hairless Hare Brewery, doors open at 11:30am.
Banger and Mash:
Rosemary garlic mashed potatoes, house-made corned beef, mushroom gravy, and beer braised bangers. Finished with fresh parsley.
Corned Beef Hash:
Corned beef, mixed potatoes, onion, house-made sauerkraut, scrambled egg, and spinach. Finished with drizzles of sweet potato ranch and Irish stout ranch.
Irish Stout Ranch Salad:
Chopped romaine, cabbage, onion, and carrot tossed in an Irish Stout ranch. Finished with croutons and an Irish cream aioli.
Irish Stew:
Slow braised beef, roasted potatoes, onion, and carrot in an Irish stout and red wine beef broth. Finished with fresh parsley and served with homemade Irish soda bread.
Irish Sunrise Burger:
Smash burger patty cooked in house-made herb compound butter. With bacon, Limburger cheese, Irish whiskey blackberry preserve, sunny side up egg, and seasoned arugula. Drizzled with Irish Stout ranch and served with a side of tots and Irish Cream aioli.
