We are super stoked to announce that we are going to be attending the Washington Brewers Festival with our friends from and around the state of June 13th.

75+ breweries at Seattle Center’s Fisher Pavilion & South Fountain Lawn for an afternoon of Washington-made craft beer, cider, and other craft beverages. Look forward to amazing food from

With bittersweet emotions, our Dawn will be working her last scheduled shifts this Tuesday till 5pm and Wednesday March 18th till 5pm While she will still make "special guest" appearances from time to time, please come say goodbye to one of the O.G's of Brothers Cascadia who has helped shaped this place since 2018! With it being bartending, special events or social media, Dawn proved to be one of the most influential people in the business. Donna, you will be missed. With an extra clean and simple malt bill, a blend of choice american and southern hemisphere hops. This beer screams with aromatics of dank cannabis and blueberry. All of that carries over with a clean and crisp mouthfeel, soft bitterness and flavors of tropical resin and a touch of OG.

When does something new, the hop world pays attention- and so do we . We were lucky enough to be selected to brew with not one but two brand-new experimental hops from the legendary, Woodburn, OR farm. To showcase them properly, we brewed an ultra-modern XPA and split it into two tanks, dry hopping each with a different experimental variety for a true side-by-side comparison. Both Thing 1 & Thing 2 are dry hopped at 4 lbs per bbl.
