📢 Save the Date! 🍂

The Deer Run Property Owners Association will be hosting a Community Clean-Up Day on Saturday, October 3, immediately following our monthly DRPOA meeting.

This is a great opportunity for neighbors to come together, roll up our sleeves, and help with a variety of clean-up and improvement projects throughout Deer Run. Every helping hand makes a difference!

Not able to do physical labor? No problem! We will have other ways for you to contribute, so everyone has the opportunity to be involved.

🌭 Lunch will be provided for all volunteers! We also have a wonderful volunteer who has graciously offered to cook and host lunch for everyone. Thank you for your generosity!

📝 Be on the lookout for a volunteer sign-up sheet coming soon so we can plan projects and lunch accordingly.

💡 Have a project you’d like to see completed during the clean-up day, or already know you’re available to volunteer? We’d love to hear from you! Please email your project suggestions or let us know you’re able to help at [email protected].

The more volunteers we have, the more we can accomplish together. We hope you’ll join us as we work to keep Deer Run a place we’re all proud to call home.

Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

The annual meeting is this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Gravel Bar & Grill.

Feel free to pick up your items then if that’s easier.
