Royal We is a ridiculously fun maraschino cherry mead aged in a cherry mead barrel for three years

Sloop-of-War strikes a more serious note as an orange blossom mead that was aged in a wheated bourbon barrel for 30 months

Takes Two to Mango

For this semi-sweet mead, we brewed an apple mead (cyser) and then conditioned it on a series of freshly diced mangoes. While mango dominates the profile, notes of honey and apple also dance along the palate.
