September’s Cocktails for a Cause feature, THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE, brings Featherbone Bourbon, concord grape cordial, red w**e reduction and lemon together in a coupe, finished with a mist of black pepper.

Then there’s the garnish: CO₂-infused grapes that fizz when you bite them. Think Pop Rocks, fresh off the vine.
