✨ SEPTEMBER STAFF SPOTLIGHT: KYLIE AKA MISS KOKO! ✨

Today we’re celebrating our Miss Koko! 🤍

Koko has been with us for about 5 years, and she is truly one of those people you’re just lucky to have around. She’s sweet, kind, hardworking, and always right there when we need someone to step in.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow through the years, from turning 21, graduating college, moving up within our team, and now celebrating another well deserved promotion this week! 🎉 We couldn’t be more excited or proud of her.

But somewhere along the way, Koko became so much more than a server, bartender, and assistant, she became one of our best friends. From countless trips and adventures to some of our most iconic memories, there are a whole lot of stories we could tell… and probably a few we shouldn’t. 😂

We are SO excited to have her back with us and couldn’t imagine our Dinucci’s family without her. A true gem, an incredible friend, and such an important part of our team.

We love you, Miss Koko! Congratulations, you deserve it! 🥂🤍

✨ TODAY’S STAFF SPOTLIGHT: LUIS! ✨

Today we’re celebrating Luis, one of our leading line cooks, who has been part of the Dinucci’s family for about six years! ❤️

Over the years, we’ve had the joy of not only working alongside Luis, but also getting to work with his brother and his son for part of that time making his family feel like an extension of ours.

Luis has learned and grown so much during his years with us, but just as importantly, he has taught us a lot too. From sharing new recipes and bringing fresh ideas into the kitchen to always being ready to lend a hand. whether it’s behind the cook line or somewhere else that needs him, Luis is truly a team player.

We’ve even had the special opportunity to meet up with his brother and part of his family in Mexico, which makes the connection we share with Luis and his family that much more meaningful.

We truly love Luis and his family, and we’re so proud of everything he’s accomplished and the growth we’ve gotten to witness over the years.

Luis, thank you for six wonderful years and for everything you bring to our kitchen and our Dinucci’s family! 🍝👨‍🍳❤️

✨ TODAY’S STAFF SPOTLIGHT: MISS KELLY! ✨
Kelly has been with us for almost two years now, but it truly feels like she’s been part of our family forever, in the best way possible. ❤️

Kelly isn’t just a server, she’s another little lady around here who’s become pretty iconic. She’s the person who steps into whatever role is needed without hesitation. Serving tables, helping behind the scenes, making grocery runs, or jumping in when things get crazy. Kelly goes above and beyond every single day she comes to work.

And if you know Kelly, you know she has the biggest heart. She’s kind, supportive, thoughtful, and always looking out for everyone around her. She’s someone we know we can count on, both inside Dinucci’s and outside of it.

We’ve been lucky enough to share so much more than work with Miss Kelly from dinners, pool days, vacations, family and friend parties, lots of laughs, and some pretty great memories. She’s become such a special part of our lives and our Dinucci’s family.

Miss Kelly, we love you, we appreciate you, and we’re so lucky to have you. You bring so much heart to this place and truly make our little Dinucci’s family stronger every day. ❤️

Meet Rio , our leading lady of the day! ❤️

One of the first faces you see when you walk through our doors and one of the last to leave at the end of the night, Rio has been part of the Dinucci’s team, off and on, for about five years.

But to us, Rio has never been just a bartender or server.

She’s been part of our lives for much longer than that, from high school friends, to coworkers, to being there for one another through all the different chapters life brings.

We’ve had the privilege of watching Rio grow through the years, become a mom, and become the wonderful woman she is today. She’s someone we can count on, someone who makes us laugh, and someone who has truly become part of our family.

Because that’s what Dinucci’s is all about. The people working beside us aren’t just employees , they’re friends, support systems, and family. And Rio is certainly one of them. ❤️

So come say hi to our First Lady Rio today — and while you’re here, stay for dinner!
