What are Tapas? Traditionally Spanish, they are small plates designed to be shared amongst the table. A way of trying many small shared plates as your meal, instead of traditional entrees.

Try out our Tapas every Tuesday at Backdoor Bistro, with new ones to try out every month! We also have curated wine flights consisting of 3 Spanish wines. Bring some friends to share some tapas and a pitcher of sangria or a wine flight!

Welcome to Tapas Tuesday!

Chef Martin will now be serving up tapas (small, shareable plates) every Tuesday night at Backdoor Bistro, this month we have some amazing traditional Spanish tapas for you to try. You can do 3 tapas for $40 or purchase them à la carte in addition to our regular menu items.
We also have some fantastic Spanish wine flights and drink specials going on.

14 oz New York Strip seared to perfection, with a decadent Red Wine Bordelaise. On the side is a Potato Pave, thinly sliced potatoes infused with cream and butter, charred Leeks, and pickled Mustard Seed.
