Our very own "John-John" is graduating today from the MVCC Culinary Program, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Watching someone choose this industry willingly is a little insane, honestly. Long hours, burned hands, sore backs, chaos, pressure, and the constant pursuit of getting just a little bit better every day. But the people who truly love it understand something most people never do: food is one of the purest ways to take care of others.

Congrats, John. Keep learning, keep tasting, keep pushing yourself, and never lose the curiosity that got you here in the first place. The industry needs more cooks who give a damn.
