Ever had bison? Now is your chance with our special for this week! We're featuring a 7 oz hand pattied bison burger grilled to your liking topped with smoked cheddar cheese, thick cut bacon, roasted garlic and caramelized onion aioli with aruguala. Talk about a mouthful!

Pickled beets is our salad of the month. Vegetable Beef and Barley are our soups for the week.

Two beautiful special entrees for you this week! First we have a maple Dijon mustard glazed salmon with a pistachio coating. A delicious combo together! The second is a bourbon marinated steak sandwich, shown featured with our sweet potato fries.

This week, we have an appetizer and dinner special so you can get both. 😉 Pig wings fried and tossed in a sweet and spicy bourbon glaze is a perfect start to your meal. Ever had Icelandic wolf fish? Now's your chance with our dinner special, which features the fish lightly breaded and pan fried, with tartar sauce and two sides of your choice.

This weekend, we've added some really special dishes to our menu! First, we have steak and gorgonzola pasta featuring a cream sauce with truffles. garnished with blue cheese. A Hawaiian Huli Huli chicken sandwich follows, which has a delicious pineapple cucumber relish!

We're still featuring our orange bourbon pork belly from last week, so don't miss the chance this week to try it! Our soup this weekend is a seafood bisque, with cheddar biscuit croutons.

Time for our special entrée this weekend... a beautiful linguini with clams! The garlic white wine sauce pairs perfectly with the fresh littleneck clams. A perfect meal to end your day with.
