Draws from Hemingwayโ€™s Death in the Afternoon, a quiet nod to ritual, restraint, and the way a single drink can slow time.

Our monthly spritz, developed by our very own Brookie.

Yuzu brings sharp citrus light, lime adds a clean edge, anise lingers with a soft herbal pull. Sparkling wine lifts it into something airy, while a touch of salt sharpens every note, like sunlight on glass.
