𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐢 𝐓’𝐀𝐢𝐚𝐢𝐚 —The signature cocktail for this month’s selection for Mac's Book Club, Circe by Madeline Miller.

This has been crafted with Dr. Bird, dark rum, pineapple juice, house made orgeat, fresh lime juice, Strega, and cardamom bitters. Garnished with a dehydrated lime wheel.

“I wish I had more than a month to devour this beautiful piece of prose. Circe was so much more than what I expected. A piece of the coming-of-age literature, a bit of tragedy, a dash of adventure, and a heaping spoonful of magic. I knew I wanted to include Strega in this cocktail but had a bit of trouble what I wanted to do next. But since this book takes place on an Island nothing made more sense than a twist on a classic Tiki Cocktail.”
