Congratulations to our September 2026 Employee of the Month, Matt Frank!

Matt has been an assistant brewer with Big Ditch for over 3 years. Matt had to unexpectedly step in and run our canning line last month on top of managing his duties in the brewery. He stepped in without hesitation, demonstrating his commitment to Big Ditch. The line ran great under his guidance and production didn’t miss any deadlines. Matt always takes great pride he has in his work, regardless of the task he is asked to perform.

Great job Matt, thank you soooo much! 🍻

Big Ditch has been open for business for 12 years! Our first official day of sales happened on October 16, 2014. The first few months of sales we only sold kegs via and growlers via our small retail shop where our offices now sit. Our tap rooms and canned b**r were yet to come!
