Officially launching our new brunch menu at our Buffalo tap room today at 11am! 🤤🤤🤤 Featuring new items such as:

- Waffle Tacos - fried waffles with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheddar, and maple for dipping
- Apple Pie Pancakes - served with caramel drizzle and whipped cream
- Biscuit Flight - served four ways with sausage gravy, hot honey chicken, strawberry and mixed berry preserves
- Yogurt Parfait - with blueberries, strawberries, and granola

On special today for Innovation Thursday:

- Summer Shandy: Lemonade is blended with summer ale in this ultra-refreshing summer sipper, 3.0% ABV

- Tangy Honey Mustard wings: just enough sweet and spice to go with the crispy mouthwatering wings

Any New York Knicks fans in Western New York?

We know WNY doesn't go as crazy over basketball as it does about football and hockey, but NY's team has made it to the NBA Finals, and since:

a) this hasn't happened in 27 years (they haven't won it in 53 years)
b) co-founder Matt - pictured here at the East Conference Finals in Cleveland last week with his daughter Zoe - is a HUGE Knicks fan, having grown up in Queens
c) no one else in WNY is doing this

Big Ditch will be hosting the unofficial watch party for the NY Knicks in the NBA Finals. Knicks fans in WNY: Unite! Both locations, games on all TVs, sound on. Here is the schedule:

The new brunch menu will make it's debut next Sunday, but here is a teaser we're going to serve on special today: Breakfast Nachos!
