Centlivre Pilsner: In collaboration with the historic Centlivre family, we've revitalized a Fort Wayne classic with the Centlivre Premium Pils. This crisp, refreshing pilsner pays homage to the original brew that made the Centlivre name synonymous with quality. This pilsner boasts a bright golden hue, a clean malt backbone, and a subtle bitterness that finishes with a flourish. It's a true testament to the brewing heritage of Fort Wayne, brought back to life for a new generation of b**r lovers.
Centlivre Dark L***r: Reviving the rich brewing tradition of the Centlivre family, we present the Centliver Dark L***r. This b**r marries old-world craftsmanship with modern brewing techniques to deliver a deep, complex flavor profile. Dark malts provide notes of roasted caramel, chocolate, and a hint of coffee, balanced by a mild bitterness and a smooth, velvety finish. Brewed in collaboration with the Centlivre family, this dark l***r is a tribute to Fort Wayne's storied brewing past, now reborn with a bold, contemporary twist.
