After nearly four unforgettable years, we’ll be serving our last dishes on June 14. Whether you’re returning for a favorite or joining us for the first time, now’s the time to experience KŌMO before we close this chapter.

As we prepare to say goodbye, we’re also getting ready to welcome something new.

, is a bold reimagining of the classic Chicago steakhouse—infused with Latin heritage, fire, and finesse. From Galicia to Northern Mexico and Argentina, expect flavor-forward dishes like caviar with chicharrón, duck fat beans, and a lineup of sauces and potato preparations that push the boundaries of tradition.

We’re closing this chapter with immense gratitude and stepping into an exciting new era. & are excited to partner with and his team behind 5 Sueños to deliver

Trino, opening mid July - is a bold, soulful reimagining of the classic Chicago steakhouse—infused with heritage, fire, and finesse.

Chef Stephen Sandoval draws from Galicia, Northern Mexico, and Argentina to tell a story through food. Expect indulgent steakhouse dishes with a twist—think caviar with chicharrón, crab tostadas, and duck fat beans—alongside inventive sauces and an entire section dedicated to potatoes (yes, really).
