Today, we celebrate someone who has been a cherished part of the Chaplin’s family for 14 years.
Tomorrow is Maria Cruz’s () last day with us, and while saying goodbye is not easy, we want to honor and thank her for the incredible impact she has had on Chaplin’s throughout the years.
Maria has been with us through countless milestones, and we truly would not be where we are today without her dedication, loyalty, and hard work. She has always been someone we could count on—bringing positivity, reliability, and excellence to everything she does.
More than an outstanding employee, Maria has been a leader, a teammate, and a friend. She leads by example, lifts up those around her, and makes every guest feel genuinely welcome. Her kindness and commitment to hospitality have helped shape the experience that keeps people coming back year after year.
We are deeply grateful for all Maria has given to our restaurant and community over the past 14 years. Maria, thank you for your loyalty, leadership, and unwavering dedication.
