Happy Friday Fellow Players of the Game!
Week 10 Stats are up for Tuesday Division. This coming Tuesday Rack n Roll has the bye. Tuesday has a race for first place BTW (we love that)! "In alphabetical order" Legal Break, Nutz N Honey & Team 72 are all sitting with 1 loss so far this session. Took a quick look at the rest of the session. Thought I'd share 🥰

Legal Break needs to play Cuesifiers, Just A Little Off, Team 72, Empty Pockets & Nutz N Honey.

Nutz N Honey needs to play Empty Pockets, Rack n Roll, Gimme A Break, Just A Little Off & Legal Break.

Team 72 needs to play 2 Balls Blue, then they have a BYE, then Legal Break, Longshots & Gimme A Break.

Who knows what will happen with any of these three talented teams? Stay tuned....

Wednesday is off this coming week. Wednesday members are welcome to come play for $5 dollars. We are back on June 10th to play week 11 matches. Updated stats from week 10 will be up next Friday.

TOURNAMENT NEWS: In the immortal words of Forrest Gump- "Life is like a box of chocolates.... You never know what you're gonna get." Last night 14 members (out of 137 eligible members) showed up to shoot some 9 ball with us for cash & prizes.

Our thanks go out to Ronnie Campbell, Jared Marion, Tom Arsenault, Dennis Berksza, Kevin Hadley, Jerry Martel, Mike Ardehali, Joe Campbell, Bob Bellew, George Rouille, Paul Trask, Wayne Chosse, Larry Zwicker & Rich Rollka!

Player prize money for this event was $210. The house should have added $25 but... we added $90 making the cash purse $300. First place was set to pay $250. Second place was $50. The house gave out 24 $5 scratch tickets to the 12 players who didn't cash. These should have been twelve $10 tickets but.... the $5 button on the scratch ticket machine got pressed so everyone got two tickets lol. Total cash & prizes for the 14 players was $420.

Matches began right around 7:15pm. Here are the runs of our top 3 finishers:

Wayne Chosse came in 3rd. He got a 1st round bye. He then defeated Kevin Hadley 6-4, Paul Trask 6-4 to get knocked to the other side of the bracket by Rich Rollka in a 5-5 hill/hill match (it was final match for the "winners side" of the bracket).

Larry Zwicker came in 2nd. Larry defeated Jerry Martel 5-3, Joe Campbell 5-2, to be defeated in semi finals by Rich Rollka 5-2. Larry defeated Bob Bellew, Paul Trask & Wayne Chosse on the "other side" of the bracket to meet back up with Rich.

Rich Rollka came in 1st. Rich did not lose a match all night. He took out Bob Bellew 5-4, Tom Arsenault 5-3, Larry Zwicker 5-2 & Wayne Chosse 5-5 to win the winners bracket.

It was 11:30pm when Rich & Larry, the two members left standing, decided to split the pot. Both members went home $150 richer. Not too shabby considering the small field of competitors. Congratulations Rich! Congratulations Larry!

There were a host of good players in the pool room last night. They all displayed excellent sportsmanship. It was another great night of competition at Maxamillians.

Our next Members Only Tourney is scheduled for Wednesday July 8th.
