Summer 2026 may be over, but the memories will last a lifetime.

What a summer it was.

Along the way, we said goodbye to Izak, Kiki, Mac and Liam, and soon we’ll be saying goodbye to Brody as he heads off on his next adventure. It’s always hard watching members of our Local Press family move on, but we’re incredibly thankful for the time we had with each of them.

But don’t fret! We have some awesome plans for fall and winter, and we hope you’ll join us for all of it.

First up, our next big shindig…

OKTOBERFEST!

Coming this October, because, well, when else would we have Oktoberfest?

It’s always a little bittersweet when summer comes to an end, and today basically wraps up another incredible summer season at Local Press.

But we’re already getting excited about what’s coming next.

For Summer 2027, we’re shaking things up! We’ll be welcoming several returning favorites, but we’re also bringing 6 artists to the Local Press stage for the very first time.

We are incredibly grateful for every band and artist we’ve had the opportunity to work with over the years. They’ve helped make summer nights at Local Press something pretty special.

At the same time, part of what we want Local Press to be is a place that gives artists of all levels a stage and a voice right here in Twain Harte. Established bands, up & coming artists, local musicians, and new faces, we want to keep making room for great live music in our little mountain town.

Thank you to every artist who played for us this summer and everyone who came out to support them.

Summer 2026, you were a blast.

Now we’re already counting down to Summer 2027. Only 258 days till the first summer concert of 2027!

What a summer!

2026 was an absolute blast, and we wrapped it all up this weekend with Northfork!

But we’re not wasting any time. Plans for Summer 2027 are already set!

Next year we’re welcoming 6 new bands that have never played the Local Press stage, along with plenty of your favorites returning for another summer of live music in Twain Harte.

Thank you to every band, every customer, and everyone who spent their summer nights with us. You made 2026 one to remember.

Thanks for a GREAT summer!

We’re already looking forward to next year.

Not only is Northfork’s new album, Last Call, OUT NOW, but tonight is also LAST CALL for our Summer Concert Series!

One final night of live music at Local Press before we say goodbye to summer and hello to fall.

🍺 Cantina opens at 6:00 PM
🎸 Northfork starts at 8:00 PM

🚨 THERE WILL BE NO FOOD TONIGHT — THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED! 🚨

Why? Because this band brings too big a crowd! So we’re keeping it simple tonight: cold drinks, great music, and one heck of a way to close out summer.

Come grab a drink, find a spot, and help us give the Summer Concert Series the send-off it deserves.

This is another is tough one.

After four awesome summers, Liam’s time with us at Local Press is coming to an end.

Liam Toner is one of those people who is always quick with a smile, always positive, and incredibly talented in a kitchen. I love his adventurous heart and confidence. He’s been such a great part of our Local Press family, and it’s hard to imagine summer around here without him.

But it’s time for Liam to head off to his big-boy job, and with it comes a move that will take him away from us.

It feels like just another piece of this end of an era summer for the Local Press family. People grow up, seasons change, and life moves forward, but that doesn’t make saying “see you later” any easier. I’m so thankful to play the part in these kids lives that I’ve been able to play.

We love you, Liam. We’re proud of you, and there will be lots of prayers coming your way as you start this next adventure.

See you soon. Never goodbye.
