We will resume refunds of the ta'carbon Gift Certificates next week. We'll list the days & times asap & we'll also have some early evening hours for those who can't make it during the day.

We will only refund the ta'carbon Gift Certificates. Any other coupons have to be refunded by the seller. (Whoever you paid). On these coupons, restaurants do not receive any compensation until the coupon is redeemed at that establishment.

We will not be doing Gift Certificate refunds tomorrow (Saturday). Right now it looks like the next day will be probably Tuesday. We'll announce the times in the next couple days.

Good Morning!!

I know there are questions about the Got Spot gift certificates & I'll be able to look into the "fine print" Monday & maybe get a few more answers for everyone.

When you buy a Got Spot certificate, you are buying it from them. Once you redeem the certificate, Got Spot pays us a percentage of the certificate. ta'carbon does not receive any money from Got Spot until the certificate is redeemed.

Thanks to everyone for being patient while we put together a plan on getting you refunds on the Gift Certificates. I will have set times posted on when you can stop by, on here tomorrow.

Unused gift certificates will be refunded. Please watch our page as we will post further info tomorrow regarding how to get your refund.
