The cook has never claimed to be smart (me, I'm the cook). I picked up a hot pan with grease on it, without a pot holder. Not hospital serious, but it hurts bad enough to where I can't keep it over the grill to cook.

Since it's so STUPID hot, the grill will be shut off from 2-5 today. I will leave the fryer on in case someone wants appetizers or pork fries. This is the only way we can keep it halfway cool upfront.

Happy Friday! I hope you all get a 3 day weekend!!

Today's special is Chicken Strips with fries & garlic texas toast for $12.

The best part about tonight is Frito is coming in the waitress! It has been a long summer without her, I've missed my BBFF!

Have a safe weekend and remember not to do anything stupid, because the judge won't be in until Tuesday!
