✨ POND LILY PROJECT ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Asbjørnsen ✨

There’s something haunting and beautiful about Lilah Asbjornsen’s voice.

Here’s a glimpse of Lilah recording inside historic Thompson Temple as part of the Pond Lily Project, our artist-in-residence project bringing artists, music, and new creative work into Lake Pleasant. Her Pond Lily recording will be released soon, with release date TBA. 🌿🎶

And tonight, you can hear her live!

Lilah is the featured artist for Shea Away Presents: Voices in the Village, starting at 6 PM tonight at The National Spiritual Alliance, 2 Montague Ave., Lake Pleasant, MA.

Then on September 26, we’re thrilled to welcome her to Shea Theater Arts Center for Spirit & Song: Eight Voices, One Stage, where she’ll join seven other incredible artists for a very special night of original music.

🌝🌚🌛🌜The HIGHLY ANTICIPATED A Happening RETURNS on Halloween weekend!

For two nights only, October 30 and 31, Cloudgazers presents “A Happening VI: SALVAGE”, a fully explorable, spectacular, theatrical world.

**Please note that there are two performances per night to meet audience demand and getting advance tickets is highly encouraged.

**Please note that the audience may be asked to travel up and down stairs or traverse dimly lit halls. Interactions and scenes also take place on the main level of the theater with an accessible bathroom.

Audiences will visit Restoretown, a community shaped by loss, and move through memories that lead to joyful celebration. Inspiration for this work ranges from William Shakespeare’s The Tempest to The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask.

Those in the Cloudgaze community are acutely aware of loss as we continue to grieve the late Natalie Dansie Graves. Nat, a key member of the team behind “A Happening”, was a creative leader, a boon to the installation process, and graced the winding pathways of the Shea with dance and song, whit and whimsy. This year’s performance is dedicated in their honor.

A Happening VI brings together musicians, dancers, visual artists, actors, and artists of all kinds to create a world that offers an enchanted experience for everyone. Audiences who love mystery, intrigue, and participation will find plenty of ways to interact and engage, while those who prefer to observe can enjoy sights that delight at a distance.

With two performances per evening, time compresses in this one and half hour experience -
curiosity will be rewarded.

THE ALCHEMIST- Early access to exclusive experiences- You must have a VIP ticket to attend the first 30 minutes of the night. 2 hour show.

THE DEVOTEE- Participate in beginning and ending rituals. 90 minute show.

THE VISITOR - Early access to the Milk & Honey Bar, activity and performance maps available. 90 minute show.

🎭🎤🎟️🎭 to our wonderful Summer 2026 Immersive Theater for Kids Program led by Atticus and Enzo Belmonte! Kids from ages 8-14 joined us for two multi- week immersive theater sessions and created fully realized adaptations of SNOW WHITE and THE ODYSSEY.

The program encouraged kids to lead with imagination, collaboration, and creativity as our Directors taught acting and movement, on stage and backstage theater practices, technical theater and design, and more, in a nurturing and holistic environment.

We are thrilled to see how the program has grown in a few short years and are already looking forward to next year. Thank you to all of our participants, families, and audiences for such a great summer!

💖🦋💖🦋 We’re still swooning over our impromptu Valerie June performance! She’s already promised to make her unrealized Black Birch Vineyard • MA concert happen next year and we deeply appreciate their team for rolling with the punches! And we would like to give thanks to everyone who made it such a smashing, sold-out success. Holding space with each other after a hard few days with this gorgeous, ethereal heir apparent to Dolly Parton- and spontaneously at that- made for a balm for many weary souls. Please come back soon, Valerie! We love you!
