Music Up Close Tumwater House Concerts We can seat up to 45. Suggested donation $25 - $30 100% goes to the musicians. Music Up Close is a House Concert venue. The musician keeps all the revenue.

Several times a year we invite a talented musician (s) to play for our friends and neighbors. Seating is limited so we require reservations. We usually have a donation jar for the musician.

Since May 2025, the City of Olympia’s Parking Services Program has been issuing warnings for vehicles with expired or missing tabs throughout the city.

Beginning on Monday, October 27, vehicles with expired or missing tabs will receive citations.

To avoid a ticket:
• Ensure your vehicle’s tabs are current and clearly visible
• Renew your registration through the Washington Department of Licensing
• Properly affix your updated tabs to your license plate

This enforcement effort supports fair use of public parking and helps maintain safe, accessible, and accountable streets for all.
