In the Fall of 2013 the concept of Treys Bar & Grill was developed in a small temporary office off of 71st street. A full decade later, we have agreed to a sale that will make sure the Treys community will continue to have a place to call home for years to come.
The doors have been locked as the new owners start some light updating and remodeling. We’re told the new owners intend to keep some of those most popular menu items and that is just one of the facets that will remain familiar to Treys’s longtime loyalists. These discussions have been going on for roughly a year and wanted to make sure if we did decide to sell that we had the right fit for the future.
“Thank you” doesn’t quite cut it when trying to convey the immeasurable gratitude we have for our regulars, staff, and everyone else who supported us over the last decade. We’ve watched families grow and kids turn into adults. We’ve watched members of our family become mothers, fathers, college graduates, and more. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your lives, we look forward to joining you on the fun side of the bar top. See you soon.
