Barrel aging "elusive"...our Russian imperial Stout... Will be ready for the holidays... Next year!!

GREAT DAY TO BREW!! Today we are brewing "Elusive " our annual Russian Imperial Stout. Once done fermenting will place in a whiskey barrel for aging.. gonna be delicious

Hey guys been a long time.. a lot of things have happened since the last post.. as in we are in a whole different city now. Moved to tulsa about a year ago. Have been whipping up about 15 gallons per month of delicious beer, experimenting with different recipes. will post pics and brew days soon... until then stay thirst my friends

Well the chocolate hazelnut porter and California common were received well at mashed in. Will be brewing a lot more soon after I get this bad boy running. Only a few more hoses and he will be ready to go

So it's been forever since I posted anything.. Been finishing school andworking on this bad boy. Brutus 10 build... Fully automated brewing system.. FGBC will be serving a chocolate hazelnut porter tonight at NYE party... Have a Happy New Year everyone!!!
