Kaweah Brewing Company emerged in 2011 by Kenny Hildebrand, with a passion to bring quality craft beer to the Mid-Central Valley. With a lack of the craft beer industry in the valley, Kenny went forth to learn the art of brewing flavorful craft beer for those in search of a local taste. With the brewery located in Tulare, California, Kaweah Brewing Company has been storming through local brewfest
such as Visalia’s IrishFest, Visalia’s Craft Beer Fest, and Exeter’s Lions Club Annual BrewFest. Kaweah Brewing started on a less than half a barrel system and is currently up to a 2 barrel system. Brewing brown ale, IPAs, stouts, barrel-aged beers, and specialty beers, Kaweah Brewing Company has become a go-to brew that the Central Valley has been searching for. Kaweah Brewing Company’s mission is to create and supply quality craft beer using only the finest ingredients, with a local flavor yet national demand for taste to nurture the beauty of the Kaweah river located in Central California.
