The Obsessed is a rock band. A FUKKING HARD rock band. Since their formation in 1978, they have become known around the world for their influential contribution to the origins and continued legacy of the doom metal and underground hard rock genres.
Often cited as the band that bridged heavy metal and punk together, the band gained the respect of punk heavy weight contemporaries Black Flag, The Bad Brains, and Minor Threat, to name a few. The attitude and spirit of The Obsessed has led many to regard them as “America’s Motorhead”.

Tyler Halverson plays an unpolished, genre-bending blend of Americana, alt-country, and folk rock. Born and raised in South Dakota, the singer-songwriter is known for his honest storytelling and has coined his signature rodeo-inspired, laid-back sound as "Western Amerijuana Music"

On 11/5 Born Without Bones heads to club congress!
Born Without Bones has always been a band that didn’t quite fit in. While rooted in the Massachusetts DIY punk scene, they've always pulled from a wide range of influences. Traces of big guitars and even bigger hooks of ‘90s alternative mixed with the storytelling and subdued tones of heartland singer-songwriters, culminate in a sound that is distinctly their own. Born Without Bones' emphasis on crafting pop hooks sets them apart from most of their punk scene peers.

The first USA match of the World Cup deserves to be watched with a crowd.
Join us TONIGHT on the Congress Plaza as Team USA kicks off its World Cup journey against Paraguay. We'll have two giant screens, food from Cup Café, cold drinks, and plenty of room to cheer, groan, celebrate, and debate every call together.
Whether you're a die-hard soccer fan or just looking for a fun place to spend the evening, come be part of it.
We'll also be showing World Cup matches throughout the tournament in the Tap Room and Lounge!
