Meet fan fave, Cuvée Soif from , a wine that tends to disappear from our shelves pretty quickly.

Cuvée Soif is a Blanc de Noirs. Translation: a white wine made from red grapes.

It’s also a co-ferment. Meaning both the Barbara and Sangiovese whole cluster grapes were fermented together - in this case, with native yeasts and in stainless steel.

We think it’s a perfect place to start if you haven’t yet tried this style of wine. It’s crisp and refreshing and seriously perfect for the warmer Tucson temps.

On Saturday September 12, we’re teaming up for a yummy Plaza Tasting Crawl.

Four businesses. Four unique tasting experiences. One delicious day of discovery.

☕️ Start your day at Ren Coffeehouse for a “Fall in Tucson” sample flight of icy treats.

🍰 Next stop is Bakery by Ren for a sampling of a special cherry chocolate entremet dessert.

🫒 Pop by Alfonso Olive Oil to nibble on some small bites paired with their olive oils and a mocktail.

🍷 End your day at Arizona Wine Collective for some wine and cheese pairings. Yummm.

Something BIG is waiting at the finish line… Visit all four and be entered in a draw for a plaza prize basket filled with goodies from participating businesses… and more!

Wine 101 is leaving the classroom.

We’re taking it ON THE ROAD this September.

Think : a bus full of wine lovers, Sonoita wine country, guided tastings, and maybe even a winemaker or two if we can catch them between harvest duties.

Oh, and leave your car at home cause we’ll be your driver.

❕Wine club members - your tickets are available NOW! Check your email for all the details.

Tickets will go on sale to the public on August 25.

We’re not saying you need to clear your calendar… but you might want to.
