☀️ Blue skies, cold b**rs, killer cocktails… and a Birria Pizza. Sounds like a pretty perfect day to us.

If you haven’t tried our Birria Pizza, today’s your excuse. We start with a giant 12-inch flour tortilla, pile it high with our house-braised brisket birria, Chihuahua cheese, fresh onions, and cilantro, then serve it with a side of rich, slow-braised consomé for dipping.

One bite and you’ll understand why people keep coming back for it.

🎉 Take Two… Happy Birthday (for real this time), Roy Summers! 🍻

Yesterday we got a little too excited and wished Roy a happy birthday a day early… then had to quietly delete it before he started aging ahead of schedule. 😅

Roy isn’t just the best bartender at Ford’s BBQ… he’s also an awesome dad, a great friend, an incredible welder, a mechanic, and the kind of guy who can fix just about anything—except our calendar apparently.

If you’ve ever had a cold b**r, a good laugh, or some solid life advice at our bar, there’s a good chance Roy had something to do with it.

He’s behind the bar tonight, so come wish him a real happy birthday, grab a b**r, and help us celebrate one of the best humans around.

🤠🍔 It’s Smoked Burger Wednesday at Ford’s BBQ!

Today’s special is the Santa Fe Cowboy Burger — a smoked beef patty topped with cheddar, double-smoked black pepper bacon, and roasted green chiles. Smoky, cheesy, a little spicy… just the way a burger should be.

And don’t sleep on today’s special side: Cowboy Caviar! 🤠

Never had it? It’s a chilled salad made with black-eyed peas, jalapeños, roasted red peppers, red onions, cilantro, garlic, and our red w**e vinaigrette. It’s fresh, tangy, and about as perfect as it gets on a hot Georgia day.
