We use only the freshest toppings to create delicious pizza we are sure you will enjoy! The leaves are falling, the mist ia rolling through the gorge, and we're back with that Hood River apple, brie, and sage goodness 😌 we recommend adding on the mild Italian sausage from Revel Meat Co the spicy sausage might also be pretty yummy 😋

❤️Pizzaiolo Ruby❤️

As most of you know we have a "secret menu" featuring pizza creations made by our very own. This one is made by the delightful Ruby (havent gotten a chance to take her picture yet so an introduction will be coming soon I promise hehe)

She made a pie featuring our house made stracciatella cheese and Revel Meats Spicy Italian Sausage over a base of our house made pesto. Dont worry there's still some classic mozzarella on there, we didn't skimp out on the cheese!!!!

You can add stracciatella and the spicy Italian sausage to any pizza, specialty or build your own. This one just showcases the delicious beauty we have created in case you're curious to know what it's all about 😘

We had the honor to be featured in The Gresham Outlook Women in Business column this week, talking more about Lolo's Boss Pizza and what exciting things we have in store for the future of Lolo's. There are so many wonderful women owned businesses featured and this is a must to check out!

At Lolo's we are so proud of the work we do to bring local and eccentric flavors to our community through our love of Pizza. If you havent already noticed or had a chance to try our new pasta menu at our Fairview location (soon to be Lolo's Super Fine) we encourage you to try em out and see where our vision is headed.

Word on the street is....there will be a special alfredo dish coming very soon 😋😋😋

We had to say goodbye to the pears....always such a sad moment....luckily these delicious Hood River Cameo Apples were standing right there, patiently waiting for us to add them into the fun.

You can now enjoy our arugula salad with cameo apples, pickled red onions, and your choice of gorganzola or chevre (or both if you wanna get crazy with it 😜)

Tom has been running the back of house at Troutdale for a year and a half now. Before Lolo's he studied Film in Canada and has also been educated on various forms of art and nutrition. He enjoys old movies, sculpting, ethnobotany, and hanging out with his daughter during his down time.

He has also spent the last dew years building an immunity to Iocaine poweder....IYKYK 👸

Another delightful Sip n Savor event here at our Fairview Lolo's Super Fine ✨️✨️ We love having these moments to share the flavors we cherish with you all. This Sip n Savor featured items you can find right here in our market including:

Le Gruyère AOP 1655, a raw cow’s milk caveaged Alpine cheese; deeply savory, nutty profile that we paired with Agricola Senga Pear Mostarda, which is an Italian condiment made from preserved pears.

Fermier Farmstead Camembert (a personal favorite) rich, soft, and savory cheese that we paired with our toasted house made focaccia, cameo apples and toasted walnuts.

Lowry Hill Provisions Rosè Salami paired with Losada Gordol Olives, Spanish table olives known as “the fat ones” due to their round, plump shape 🫒

Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Truffles from Fruition Chocolate Works, a delightfully textured chocolate with butternut squash caramel and crunchy pumpkin seed gianduja covered by brown butter milk chocolate....my goodness 😍

✨️MEET THE LOLO'S CREW✨️
Our beautiful Amy!!! She has been with us for more than 3 years, making our guests at Troutdale feel right at home.
Amy is a busy bee with 3 dogs, 2 cats, goats, and lives at home with her sweet husband where they host musicians and friends often. She is a lover of music and loves to GET DOWN! WOO!
She is currently in the process of opening up a store on her property in Corbett (give a follow to Corbett Hill Mercantile to see what she has for sale and for updates!!)

Another fun fact about Amy is that she did a college thesis project surveying and evaluating Ronald Mc Donald Charities and Randall Childrens hospital to give them information on public interpretation and possible outcomes. The information was used to help them reorganize their current, done structure in early 2000s. WOW!

The next time you see Amy ask her about her elephant impression 😘

It's squash and pear season, and you already know we have the yummiest specials for you!!!

Farm-to-Pizza Special has roasted delicata squash spiced up with aleppo and cumin, laid over our boss sauce, topped with feta and pickled red onions. You have the choice to add spicy sausage OR mild sausage if you cant handle too much heat hehe ;)

We continue serving up pears, this time on our Pear and Gorganzola salad with toasted walnuts on tip of a bed of arugula served up with our classic balsamic dressing. Gorganzola too much? You have the choice to switch it out for some rich and yummy chevre :)
