We are a new brewery located in the historic Phillips building in downtown Dumas. We focus on traditional as well as contemporary beer styles. Please stay tuned to this page to track our progress as we plan to open in 2020

I sit here at DCBC for the last time as a functioning taproom and brewery.

Pretty sad. I didnt expect to cry and I probably wouldn't have but I played a song that made me think of what I wanted this place to be. I heard the song and I lost it . I wanted it to be a place where you could forget the problems of the day and relax. I wanted friendships and happiness. I wanted people to have a warm friendly feeling while they enjoy great beer.

That's what I got. DCBC has been a success.

Please come out Saturday July 20 for our last big party. I will provide a big brisket and several people have said they are bringing chips, potatoe salad , Cole slaw, etcetera. If you would like to bring a side that's great but if you dont that's fine . There will be plenty. Just show up so I can say good bye to everyone who who has made DCBC such a fun time for me and my family. This event is come and go from noon til around 6. We will still be open til 10 on Saturday and then noon to 6 on sunday and then that is it. Growler fills are encouraged before you leave .

Come out on Saturday and let's have some FUN!!!!

DCBC fans I have some bad news for you. We are closing our doors and turning off the taps on Sunday July 21.
This decision was not easy and it makes me sad. The two main reasons are financial and family. We are not making the money we need to make and it is hard being away from my family all the time . We are opening a brewery in my hometown. The new name will probably be Toppled Turtle Brewing Company. We have bought a historic building next to the courthouse. About 8000 people a day will drive right by the building. We would love to have you visit and have a pint.

Ya'll are some very loyal customers and I want to thank you sincerely for coming out on rainy, snowy, windy days. Your faces and your stories brightened my day every time we met. We enjoyed lots of laughs and beers together. I consider ya'll friends.

Please come by at least one more time and have a beer . I would love to see you again and have one more pint with you.

If you are in Dumas Texas after October please come to the new brewery. It will provide the same great beer and hospitality as DCBC
