All,
I just want to say that my day is not going too well after being involved in a major accident day before yesterday picking up product for this event I think Im finally feeling the aftermath of it. Also losing a quarter of my product and not being able to provide to the customers of what I really wanted to do... We apologize for any inconveniences and hope to heal & re-group and do this again soon...

Buttermilk biscuits, stuffed with eggs, hickory smoked bacon & shredded sharp white cheddar, smothered in sausage gravy.... Adding to our menu

Beef short ribs!! 🔥💨🥩 Smoked at 275 for 4hrs, wrapped in peach paper and back in at 300, pulled at internal temp of 205
