Hog's Back Brew Farm Hog's Back Brew Farm is a beer garden within the orchard at Ecker's Apple Farm.

Hog's Back Brew Farm is a beer garden located among the apple trees at Ecker's Apple Farm. Today, just a beer garden; with the hope of an operational, on-site, brewery by 2017. Our brew farm concept stems from a desire to make small batch beer using resources on our farm. Future plans include harvesting rainwater to clean tanks, installing solar panels to off-set the energy needed to brew beer and

maintain key temperatures, and using fruits, hops and other brewing adjuncts grown on farm to produce interesting and delicious beers with a sense of terroir unique to Trempealeau and our driftless region.

The Good News: Beau Janke of Them Coulee Boys is getting married in the orchard on Saturday!

The Bad News: You're not invited. The beer garden and berry picking are closed to the public on August 5th.

The Good News: The beer garden is open Friday, August 4th - 4pm to 8pm. Beer and berry picking is on for Sunday, August 6th - 12pm to 6pm!
