For our second annual release, Lead Blender Tom Dotson sampled numerous barrels before selecting an 8-year Single Barrel Bourbon to pair with locally sourced Michigan peaches—balancing rich bourbon character with just the right touch of sweetness.

The result? A bold, barrel-proof expression of Michigan peach season.
