There is so much hard work that goes into making the Fleet what it is, and some of the hardest moments are saying goodbye to the people who have helped steward this little place alongside us.

We are so proud of Elle as she heads into her next chapter in Vermont, pursuing medicine and taking all that brilliance, heart, and hard work with her.

We love you, Elle. Thank you for everything you’ve poured into this place. You will be deeply missed, and we’ll be cheering you on from here. ❤️
