Summer is finally here!

A quick note as summer boating season gets underway:

There may be times when seating is temporarily paused, even if tables are available.

When multiple groups arrive at once, we carefully manage the number of orders entering the kitchen to maintain food quality and reasonable ticket times.

Rather than overwhelm the kitchen and compromise the quality of your meal, we carefully control the flow of orders to ensure every guest receives the experience they’ve come to expect from us.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate every one of you who chooses to spend your time with us!

Wing Wednesday ran from January until today.

To everyone who packed the house, waited for tables, ordered wings by the boat load, and supported us week after week: thank you!
And to our staff: absolute machine work. The volume was nonstop, and they handled it.
Believe it or not, the chaos made us better. We upgraded equipment, developed new systems, improved ticket flow, and built a faster, stronger kitchen because of it.

It was fun. But summer on the river is here, and Wing Wednesday is officially over for the season.

Will it come back?
