If you're not already familiar, the crunchy/scrunchy lifestyle is about all kinds of holistic remedies, growing produce & gardens 🥕 without harmful chemicals, making things from scratch, recycling ♻️, reusing, repurposing, raising your own livestock🐮🐥, or buying locally raised & processed meats, homesteading, etc! It's also about eliminating toxic ingredients from our lives, using organic, & doing everything possible to improve health & quality of life!
